Contaminard se inspira en los panes de anta\u00f1o, aquellos que se elaboraban para que duraran varios d\u00edas entre dos hornadas. Una mezcla de trigo y centeno, a menudo leudada, cocida a fondo para desarrollar los aromas, y ya tenemos un pan r\u00fastico y nutritivo, hecho para acompa\u00f1ar la vida en los Alpes. Una versi\u00f3n bruschetta con verduras asadas y jam\u00f3n serrano es toda una sensaci\u00f3n. Cortada en cubos, se convierte en unos picatostes perfectos para una sopa casera.
