Arrival and departure

We guarantee the availability of your room from 3pm. Should you arrive late (after 7pm) or early in the morning, please let us know. Check out time is 11am. Should you require a different check out time please check with reception which will try to accomodate depending on room availability.

Rates

Service charge and V.A.T are included in the rate. The tourist tax of 1.5 € /day/adult ( from 18 years) is charged as an extra. This tax is likely to be updated.

Quotation

An estimate cannot be used as a booking confirmation. The stay and availability will be confirmed at the time of the final booking which must include the payment of a deposit.

Booking conditions

Any reservation is considered confirmed and final upon receipt of the deposit payment from:
30% of the total amount of the stay 1 month before your arrival
The balance of the amount of the stay 15 days before your arrival

If the stay should be canceled due to a government decision in a country related to the health problem regarding the COVID 19 virus, we will refund you the full amount paid.Cancellation or Modification

Any cancellation needs to be confirmed in writting by mail or email. For any cancellation 30 days prior to the stay, the full deposit will be refunded. For any cancellation or change in the booking ( no show, lenght of stay, delayed arrival, amount of rooms) less than 30 days prior to the stay the entire stay booked is due.
