Who are they?
Alp’n was born in the heart of the Mont-Blanc region, with a simple idea in mind: to create authentic, locally-rooted products, promoting the wealth of Alpine farming and know-how. Nothing anonymous here. Recipes are imagined close to the mountain pastures, ingredients are carefully selected, and each product tells the story of a landscape. We talk about mountain milk, local cultures, short circuits and long-term partnerships withlocal producers.
Behind Alp’n are men and women who know their raw materials, who take their time, who prefer consistency to speed. An artisanal, sincere approach, where the aim is less to produce more than to produce just right. Taste, of course, but also meaning. The sense of supporting mountain farming, preserving local industries and sustaining an ecosystem on a human scale.
